Maya’s dad can't find his keys. He looks everywhere. Maya sees he is worried. "Can I help?" she asks. Dad smiles and nods. They look under the sofa. No keys. They check the kitchen. Still nothing. Maya thinks carefully. "Maybe in your coat?" she says. Dad checks his coat pocket. There they are! Dad laughs. "Thank you, Maya," he says. Maya feels happy to help. Dad drives Maya to school. On the way, Dad says, "You're very smart, Maya." Maya smiles proudly. At school, Maya tells her friend about the keys. Her friend says, "You’re a good helper." Maya feels happy all day. She learned helping others feels good.
