The Forgotten Umbrella

Sophia was walking to her English class when it started to rain. She checked her bag and realized she forgot her umbrella at home. "Oh no," she said. The rain got heavier. Sophia saw her friend Adam standing under a small bus stop shelter. "You look wet! Come here," Adam said. They stood together, waiting for the rain to stop. While they waited, they talked about school and their weekend plans. After ten minutes, the rain became light. Adam shared his umbrella with Sophia, and they walked to class together. Sophia smiled and said, "Thank you. Next time, I won’t forget my umbrella!" They both laughed as they arrived just in time.
