Lost at the Supermarket

Tom is at the supermarket with his dad. They want bread, milk, and apples. Tom sees some toys. He stops to look. Dad walks to another aisle. Tom does not notice. Suddenly, Tom looks around. He cannot see his dad. Tom feels worried. He walks around slowly. He calls, "Dad, where are you?" Dad hears Tom. He quickly comes back. "I'm here, Tom!" says Dad. Tom feels happy again. Dad smiles at Tom. They finish shopping together. They buy bread, milk, apples, and a small toy for Tom. Tom holds Dad’s hand tightly. At home, Tom tells Mom what happened. Mom hugs Tom. "Always stay close to Dad, okay?" Mom says. Tom nods. He learned an important lesson today.
